So you're telling me there is a ring in every candle?

Yes! We add this surprise to make burning candles more fun.  Who didn't love finding a toy at the bottom of the cereal box when they were a kid?  This is the adult version!

Is the ring always found about 1/4 to 1/3 down from the top of the candle? 

Usually, but occasionally there is a renegade ring that escapes and finds its way closer to the bottom.  Rest assured.  You will just have to burn the candle longer to get to your ring.

Will the flame burn the piece of jewelry? 

Not to worry. The ring is in a plastic bag wrapped multiple times in tin foil, so it stays protected. 

How does shipping work?

We ship your purchase within 2-3 business days of the order being placed for all in stock items. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship from Portland, Maine.  So the closer you are to us the faster you will receive the candle.  You can safely expect to receive your candle 5-7 days after the order is placed.

Can I choose my ring size?

We are sorry that this option is not available.  However, we have researched the average woman's ring sizes in the United States and have purchased rings that fall into that range.  Also, if your ring is not the right size, especially if it is an item of higher value, you can always take it to your local jeweler to be fitted perfectly! 

What is the value of my ring?

A great part about your jewelry discovery is that we actually tell you the retail value of your item if it is over $50.00! If you get a blue piece of paper that has a code on it with your piece of jewelry, then it's time to get excited because that means your ring is worth AT LEAST $50.  In order to find out exactly how much it's worth you'll need to email us at value@stylecandles.com with the code on the blue paper.  Once we receive an email from you with the exclusive code, we will get back to you within 24 hours with a description of the item as well as the retail value.   All other rings have a value that ranges from $10 to $50.
